Argentina's Strictly Come Dancing turned into Strictly Thong Dancing

Explicit version of Saturday night show leaves BBC executives fuming - It's Strictly Come Dancing – but not as you know it.

The family friendly show has been transformed into an adults-only version by Argentinian TV with bare breasts and simulated sex.

In one episode, a dancer strips down to a tiny thong and performs an explicit routine with her partner.

Now angry BBC executives are considering legal action unless the show is taken off air.

‘This programme verges on pornography,’ a Broadcasting House insider said last night.

‘Strictly Come Dancing was developed as a show which is fun for all the family. We are extremely unhappy and are considering taking this matter further.’

South American TV chiefs have copied Strictly’s format for their show, Bailando Por Un Sueño. On the programme, celebrities perform dance routines for a panel of judges.

But the on-screen action is a million miles away from the BBC’s comparatively sedate Saturday night contest.

In the most recent episode, model and actress Silvina Escudero went topless during a raunchy routine.

She took off her bra and allowed her partner to nuzzle and play with her breasts. Wearing just a thong, she then simulated sex with her partner.

Fellow model Jesica Cirio also performed an adults only routine. While wearing a skimpy Barbarella-style outfit, she flashed her bottom while working a stripper’s pole.

The BBC source added: ‘They have pinched the idea and made it extremely sleazy. We are looking into all options to protect the Strictly brand.’
