CNN IBN announced its final winner for the Public Sevice category yesterday. The winner is the least known LEDeG India(LADAKH ECOLOGICAL DEVELOPMENT GROUP & SEEDS INDIA). CNN IBN nominated them for building environment friendly, flood and quake resistant housing involving community participation and local materials in Leh.
